How To Optimize Results with Prevage MD
For best results start low and go slow
1. Start with a Skin Patch Test
A small amount of Prevage MD should be applied once a day for three days toa small area of the skin that will be receiving regular treatment, usually the face or neck. If redness, rash and/or swelling occurs, the area should be washed with soap, use of Prevage MD should be discontinued immediately, the doctor contact, and the product returned for a refun.
2. For best results, patients should begin using Prevage MD every other day once a day for the first week. In the second week, Prevage can be applied once a day every day, then gradually building up over the next few weeks to twice a day (morning and night).
3. A small, pea-size amount of Prevage MD per treatment is sufficient to cover the entire face and neck areas.
4. Some patients may experience what appears to be an acne breakout after using Prevage MD for a period of time. This could be skin irritation due to overuse. If this occurs, try using less Prevage MD: return to a pea-size amount once every other day for a week, then slowly increase to the normal twice-a-day usage over a couple of weeks.
5. Recommended cosmetic sequence: cleanse, tone, apply Prevage MD, moisturize, apply sunscreen, apply makeup.

Directions:

Regular usages of Prevage MD
If you have normal skin sensitivity, after following the test instructions and if no reactions are seen, begin using Prevage MD anti-aging treatment once a day for the first week and, if tolerated, twice a day from then on. If any itching, burning, redness, or swelling occurs at any time while using the product, wash the product off, discontinue use, and consult your dispensing physician as needed.

For People with Sensitive Skin:
Skin reactions to Prevage MD anti-aging treatment may be more common in individuals who have a history of sensitive skin, eczema, or allergies to cosmetics or jewelry. If you have sensitive skin, eczema, or a history of allergies to cosmetics or jewelry, begin using Prevage MD gradually.

For Use in Combination with Other Products:
Skin reactions to Prevage MD anti-aging treatment may be more common in individuals who are using multiple skin care products. IF you are currently on an aggressive skin care regimen, you skin may become more sensitive to Prevage MD.

For Use with Other Medical Procedures: Skin reactions to Prevage MD anti-aging treatment may be more common in individuals who have recently had certain medical skin care procedures. IF you have recently undergone laser resurfacing, dermabrasion, medium to deep chemical peels, or any other aggressive skin therapies, you should wait 7 to 10 days before starting to use Prevage MD.

It is important that you first perform the Test Usage of Prevage MD instructions as outlined above. If you do not experience a reaction following this test, begin using Prevage MD once every other day for the first week of use. During this time, if you experience any itching, burning, redness or swelling, wash the product off, discontinue use, and consult your physician. IF you do not experience any skin reactions during this one-week period, increase product usage to once a day for the next week and two twice a day the following week.

Warnings:
Skin reactions have been reported following the use of Prevage MD anti-aging treatment. The rate at which these reactions have been reported to occur is low and most of the reactions are mild and self-limited by stopping the product. Additionally there have been rare reports of rashes away from the site of application, swelling, and allergic responses.
