Bare Escentuals - 15 minute color match & makeover
Foundation color matching
Using traditional method, apply 2-3 colors to jaw line with eye shadow brush or concealer brush. Apply sheer application of 1 foundation color on half the face, another color on other half of face. Let the client decide which shade she prefers. Swirl, Tap & Buff!
Tips
Foundation color matching is very easy when Foundation is applied very lightly for a sheer application with the Flawless Application Brush. For more coverage, reapply. Kabuki Brush for medium coverage, Maximum Coverage Face Brush for full coverage.
Concealer
Apply Summer Bisque or Bisque using the concealer brush around eye area, and to cover blemishes, hyperpigmentation, or rosacea. May apply before or after foundation.
Warmth
Apply a small amount of warmth all over face (bronzer) or on cheeks for blush. Can also be used as an eye shadow contour.
Mineral Veil
Apply all over face to set foundation. May be used under foundation to control oil.
Moisture Defense Spray
Helps foundation "warm up" on skin quicker, takes away any chalkiness on a darker skin tone.
Eyes
Bare Skin and Celestine are favorites! Looks natural and gorgeous on all (add to apple of cheeks!). Bark Eyeliner with moist eyeliner brush (so minerals don't sprinkle on cheeks).
Eyebrows
Dark Blonde/Medium Brown Kit, use angled brow brush to lightly apply over brow hair. Keep brows in place with brow gel.
Mascara
Double-Ended Lash Builder
Cheeks
Use Warmth as bronzer/contour, have client smile and add Glee or True to apple of cheeks. Use as eye shadow contour.
Lips
Neutral lipliner with Nude Lipgloss are favorites.
Brush Cleaner
Clean Brushes with i.d. quick change brush cleaner after each client. Client may purchase to clean brushes weekly, and shampoo monthly.
