Directions:
For gradual of lighter tan: Apply a thin layer of Glymed Plus Tan In Sunless Tanning Cream In 1 to 2 times daily to start your "base". Once desired color is acheived, reaply every few days to maintain. For a darker or faster tan: Apply 2 to 3 times for the first few days until desired color is acheived. Maintain with daily applications. Wash hands after use. Prepare skin with a mild exfoliator and follow up with a nightly application of Alpha Silk hand and body lotion to extend the life of your tan.
