• Betaplex Gentle Foaming Cleanser contains a gentle combination of alpha and beta hydroxy acids in an oil-free, lightly foaming gel designed to remove oils, grime and surface dead skin build-up. The alpha hydroxy acids help stimulate new skin cells to the surface by encouraging dry, lifeless old cells to fall away. This peeling and stimulating process helps restore youthful looking translucency, smoothness and color to the skin.
• Contains 1% alpha and beta hydroxy acids.
• Contains lactic acid. A naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acid found sour milk and fermented products.
• Contains cucumber extract. Reputedly used by Cleopatra to preserve her skin, the cucumber�s potency in worldwide, traditional skin-care preparations is extraordinary. It�s juices have been used for over a thousand years against wrinkles, lines, freckles, blemishes, sunburn and dry skin. Cucumber is a natural astringent and helps tighten pores.
• Beneficial skin smoothing constituents include glycine, glutamic acid, linoleic acid, lysine, polyunsaturated fatty acids, squalene, tyrosine and zinc.
• Contains red clover extract. The deep pink flowers have traditionally been used as a cleansing herb for skin complaints due to their anti-inflammatory activity.
• Contains skin benefitting phenolic glycosides, flavonoids and beta hydroxy acid.

Directions:
Pour an amount the size of a thumbnail onto the palm of your hand
Drizzle water over the gel and whisk into a lather with the fingertips of your other hand
Apply the foam to your face, massaging for about ten seconds. Avoid eye area
Rinse with warm or cool water and washcloth
Apply toner of choice. We recommend Fresh Complexion Mist
Note:
Within two minutes after application, a slight tingling sensation may be felt due to the higher concentration of
hydroxy acid in the lathering cleanser. This will subside momentarily. If discomfort occurs, rinse again with
cool water and discontinue use. To enhance the exfoliation process, use an exfoliating mask once a week.
