When I received the rest of my order the invoice had a hand-written note on it saying that I had a credit for the amount of the item they did not send. I checked my credit card and the credit did not appear. I called them and asked them to credit my account for that amount, and they did. 2 weeks later their website still shows this item as being available, and I was able to put it in the shopping cart! This seller needs to stop billing people for things they do not ship out, and to remove from their website items they no longer carry.
