• Contains 15% L-ascorbic acid – the only known form of vitamin C that the body can recognize and utilize for collagen production. Lack of ascorbic acid will prevent normal collagen from forming in the tissues.

• Contains lycopene – an exceptional free-radical scavenger extracted from tomatoes. Lycopene, which is fat soluable, is able to work in tandem with vitamin E lipid membranes of the cell to prevent lipid perioxidation – a primary cause of age spots.

Note:
Cellex-C Body Smoothing Lotion will darken with time due to a bio-chemically controlled reaction. This
gradual oxidation is essential to the potency of L-ascorbic acid and will not significantly affect the efficacy of this product when used as directed.
Caution:
• Do not use this lotion on the face, on or near the genital area, or on freshly shaven or broken skin.
• When using Body Smoothing Lotion, please be aware that it may leave a clear residue on the neckline, cuffs and waistbands of your clothes which may oxidize and turn brown. For this reason, you may prefer to apply the lotion at night. Any stains will usually wash out provided clothes are laundered immediately after use.
• Avoid thickened areas of calloused skin such as elbows, knees, heels and tops of toes, as the product will not be absorbed and can temporarily turn the skin orangey-brown due to oxidization.
