A flat synthetic brush designed to apply cream liners or to utilize the darker shadows as liners. To use this tool, press bristles firmly on top of the lashes and layer color as needed to create a very fine, expert liner application. The blending tip offers acute finishing, even in the smallest areas. Also use the eye liner/brow to fill in the brows with the appropriate gloEye shadow colors. We recommend using kona for clients with darker hair and twig for clients with light hair. |
