"I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy using the Yon-ka products on my actors.I always started my make up session on TOby and Kirsten by first following carefully the Yon-ka cleansing process of Nettoyant, lotion and especially GOmmage followed by the appropriate Yon-ka moisturizer (Pamplemousse is my favorite). I have also had great results with the eye treatment, for taking down swelling around the eye, especiallly after some intense crying scenes. After lunch, I walways refresh the makeup witha spray of toner and application of the eye contour gel Alpha-Contour. It makes the makeup come back to life and look like a whole new application.
Let me also add how much Yon-ka Ultra Protection we used on Spiderman 3 we had all exteriors during the summer in NY, and it saved us from some serious skin damage.
This routine has made such a huge difference in my makeup applications, on the productions of Margaret, August Rush, and American Gangster.
I have used many product lines, and I have to say how great the results have been with Yon-ka with continued usage, which I get to see, since most movies are at least 10 weeks, and the skin takes a beating with the long hours and lighting conditions. "It's incredibly easy to give yourself a good facial at home. Make a tent placing a towl over your head and leaning over a half-full pot of boiled water. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes. Cleanse your face with Yon-ka's Nettoyant Creme and then rinse. Apply next Yon-ka's clay Masque 105 suited to your skin type.
