What changes in the formula

Both lists begin with water and glycerin and include squalane, Ceramide NG, a vitamin C derivative (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 and other peptides. They are not the same formula under different names. Original Nectifirm lists barley, sandalwood and sweet-almond extracts, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 and Dihydromyricetin. Advanced instead lists chicory-root oligosaccharides near the top, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, Helichrysum Stoechas, lingonberry, Hydrolyzed Manihot Esculenta Tuber and Diglucosyl Gallic Acid.

How to use and how to judge the price

Both are leave-on neck and décolletage treatments used twice daily with upward strokes toward the jawline. Revision directs one or more pumps for Original and two pumps for Advanced.

At the same 1.7 oz size, Nectifirm costs $119 ($70/oz) and Advanced costs $164 ($96.47/oz). Advanced is $45 more per tube, or about 38% more per ounce. Its separate 0.5 oz trial bottle costs $64 ($128/oz) if you want a smaller first purchase.

A practical choice

For a familiar, rich cream aimed at early visible neck changes, Original is the direct choice. For a different peptide/extract mix aimed at more pronounced texture and elasticity concerns, Advanced is the candidate to inspect. If your reason for switching is fragrance avoidance, neither published formula meets that filter.
